Return Policy

We have a 100-day return policy. You must use the device consistently to see results. 

DO NOT CHARGE THE DEVICE LONGER THAN 2 hours. 

If the product is faulty, you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return, we will ask for the device to be sent back to us to assess. If device is faulty we will give the option to either get a new device or have a full refund. Faulty product return policy only.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, that means, in its original box, with all the attachments on it (USB charging cable and Instruction manual), unopened and with no damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders processed in Australia, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For overseas orders, get in touch with our specialist at jon@calmapalm.com.au. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the postage costs incurred by us. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
REFUNDS ONLY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to instruct you regarding the next steps. Sale items can not be returned, if approved you will be refunded on your original payment method after we receive the device and analyse the issue. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not pay for you to return the item/s or refund the original shipping costs. If you have pacemaker our products can not be used. If the product is opened and you find out that you can’t use while having a pacemaker or other implants we unfortunately can not refund. Our device sends micro electro pulse so please before purchasing, that once the box is opened you can not change your mind about the feeling it gives. 

REFUNDS MUST BE RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION OR YOU WILL ONLY BE PARTIALLY REFUNDED. 

Customs 

Calm Palm cannot take responsibility for custom clearance and payment in overseas countries. Please ensure that you take appropriate steps to get your parcel through customs.
